Day Seven - Sunday

The cottage provides so many great light shows
Sunday is very much our family day. The gang usually calls, checks in or e-mails so that we can keep up to date with what's going on.
Our weather today is quite opposite to yesterday's sunshine and spring-like promises. Cool, with sleet, rain, sloppy snow and all that is in between. All in all a rather good day to stay home.
Deb is doing fine this morning, just not a lot of energy. We watched Alexander the Great from bed last evening, but Deb didn't make it through the whole movie either. Generally it's me who nods off first.
Chris, Lizz's beau, will be here for Sunday dinner, a nice tradition of sitting at our dining room table, with our best dishes and engaging in conversation.

Sunday is family day. Christopher and Mamere Jeanne.

I just loved this picture of Christopher and Mamere so dropped it in for everyone to enjoy. Christopher is working today as is usual and will be home by 6:30. We spoke with Mamere and Jim today and were glad to learn that Jeanne will be getting some physio in the comming week and Jim is doing just great after his surgery.

Tucker protects Ken's bear.

The day progresses with "tired time" overtaking the better part of the afternoon. Dinner is well in hand, I just have the vegetables to peel, that is nothing.
Thought that we would get dressed for dinner! A captain's night onboard
